After your 12th paid month of service with us, simply provide us your information in the online form below.

Ohio Gas & Electric ("Company") twelve percent rebate is calculated on an account’s single highest month’s supply charge within the first twelve monthly billing cycles of service with Company (“Rebate Period”). At any time during the Rebate Period, or within 30 days following the Rebate Period (“Redemption Period”) complete the 12 After 12 online rebate form at https://www.OHGandE.com/12after12 or email Company at customerservice@OHGandE.com to request a copy. In order to be eligible to receive the rebate, the account must meet the following requirements (together the “Eligibility Requirements”): (i) the account must remain on the eligible service plan consecutively for the initial 12-month period, (ii)the account must not have been in arrears at any point during the Redemption Period, (iii) the account must generate a rebate more than $10, and (iv) Company must receive for the account an accurate and complete rebate form within the Redemption Period. Reward is fulfilled with a prepaid Mastercard®, subject to terms and conditions of card issuer and will be issued 8 to 10 weeks after the end of the Redemption Period, provided that all Eligibility Requirements have been met. Company is not responsible for typographical errors. Please retain a copy of the rebate form for your records. The Company and its associated companies reserve the right to audit any claims, request additional information and nullify any claims which cannot be substantiated. All rebates will be in U.S. dollars and made payable to the name listed on the utility account.
